Interior painting · Kelowna
Premium interior painting for homes where preparation, material choice, and the final touch matter.
Considered from the start
A refined painted interior depends on what happens before colour reaches the wall. Copper Pine Homes treats protection, repair, sanding, priming, application, and cleanup as one continuous craft.
How we work
We inspect surfaces, light, use patterns, and existing coating conditions.
Rooms, fixtures, floors, and adjoining finishes are carefully isolated.
Repairs and substrate preparation create the foundation for a lasting result.
Coatings are applied, reviewed under real light, and handed back immaculate.
Common questions
Duration depends on room count, ceiling height, trim and door scope, the amount of repair required, and how much of the home stays in use. Occupied homes are sequenced in zones so the household keeps functioning, which spreads the same work over more calendar days than an empty house would need.
Most do. Nail pops, settlement cracks, previous patchwork, and failed drywall tape all read through a fresh coat, and a low-sheen finish will not hide them. Repair and sanding happen before any colour goes on, because the preparation is what determines how the finish looks under real light.
Sheen is chosen per surface and per room rather than for the whole house. Higher sheens clean more easily and resist wear, but they also reveal substrate imperfection; flatter finishes hide more and clean less. Trim, doors, and millwork usually carry a different sheen than the walls beside them.
Yes, and most interior work is done this way. It requires containment, floor and fixture protection, dust control, and a daily clean-down so the occupied areas stay usable. That protection work is part of the scope, not an extra.
Almost all of the visible difference comes from what happens before application: surface repair, sanding, cleaning, priming, masking precision, and the number of coats actually applied. Two jobs using identical paint can look very different a year later.
